- -USING YOUR EDGE CARD -The Z-Zone loyalty cards, dubbed EDGE, will initially be distributed to all the GEB 2007 attendees, and later on, through accumulated player account top-ups. There are corresponding item rewards for X number of points accumulated. Players can acquire these by exchanging their accumulated points and ordering via website per game or brand. -1. This worldwide promo will run from December 16, 2007 to December 31, 2010. Promo rewards provide added value for every virtual item shopping transactions. -2. All Z-Zone Game titles, (Philippines & International players) are eligible to join the program. -3. One must possess an EDGE card to join the program. Each card will be assigned a unique M.I.N. (Member Identification Number). -4. Existing players will have to rectify contact information and integrate given M.I.N. to the account. Top-up conditions to new registrants will be advised. -5. GEB 2007 attendees will each receive an EDGE Card. After acquiring the card, player must log in his/her account at the game’s website (SkyBlade Philippines, SkyBlade Elite or SupaSupa). Here, he/she will find a webpage dedicated for the EDGE Card where its features and functions can be found. The user must access this page and key-in registration details (e.g. M.I.N.) that will be matched with the player’s account record. If matched, this will serve as the registration of the card under the user’s account. -The following shall be the required information: - -6. For non-GEB attendees who are interested to receive an EDGE card, EDGE Engage Promo is the only access to it. Click “Edge card promo” link on this website or visit your account’s website to read through the mechanics. -All players can enjoy Categories SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM at anytime of the day. Upon every player’s top-up, the system will detect accompanying category restrictions for every transactions made. (CLICK TO SEE DISCOUNT PRIVILEGES) -Example (Please refer to the discount privilege document that could be downloaded here): -If Player X topped-up 3 pieces of SB300, the total balance in his account is 900 PG. Take note that the category will be maximized to the amount of current account balance. In this scenario, the player can consume the full 900PG under category “PLATINUM”. If the consumable entry of 900PG was deducted 800PG, the remaining 100PG will not be sufficient for any category and any purchases made by Player X WILL NOT CARRY THE REWARDS AND PRIVILEGES OF EDGE CARD. -The system will automatically REACTIVATE the EDGE privileges of Player X he re-loads his account the corresponding amount per category of his choosing. On the above example, Player X only needs to top-up 200PG more to activate his “SILVER” privileges. -7. The card grants its holder to special discounts at Z-Zone’s partner establishments as well as special deals in Z-Zone’s events/promotions. -8. The card will expire on December 31, 2010. -9. Updating of points are real-time. They can check the current or remaining points that they have by logging-in their account in the website. -10. Players earn points by topping-up their game accounts through physical cards, E-pins, Pachun Gold transfers, PayPal, G-Cash and Smart Money. Conversion is 1 point for every P25 worth of successful top-up of any Z-Zone game titles. -*Points shown may be in the form of decimals to show transparency in the computation of points. This will be done to give way for top-ups that are not divisible by 25 (e.g. PG10, PG30, etc.). -11. Players can start redeeming their points starting February 29, 2008. A photographic catalogue will be distributed online or on print for convenient shopping. They have the option to redeem points upon reaching the required levels, or choose to continue earning more points to claim higher rewards later on. (CLICK TO SEE EDGE ACCUMULATION BENEFITS) -12. Accumulation of points will be per Player userID. Tagging of points will be automated and will be counted as each time the player tops-up his/her account. -13. Players need to have at least 300 points to qualify for rewards. The rewards can be any of the following forms: - -14. Z-Zone will send a rewards catalog to all the registered players via email every month from February 2008. The choice of items (both in-game and real-life) are limited only to those that are indicated in the catalog. -15. Reward Points are non-transferable. -16. Reward points can be converted to Pachun Token/Ghem. -17. Points can be redeemed for prize(s) by following these steps: -a. Log-in your player UserID in the SkyBlade/SupaSupa website and access the player’s page which indicates the total number of points acquired. Also featured here is the list of items available, highlighting the redeemable items with the existing number of points. The player can choose which item he/she wants through this page. -b. Upon clicking on the desired item, a form will appear which the player must successfully fill up. If in case that the item is beyond the player’s acquired points, a note will appear showing how much he/she must add in order to acquire the item. -c. After filling up the form, it will be received by Z-Zone. Z-Zone will check the feasibility of the request. The Partner Supplier branch where he wants the item claimed must also be indicated. If there are details/requirements lacking, Z-Zone will contact the player for the completion of details. If the details of the request are complete, Z-Zone will then make the necessary arrangements with Partner Supplier in order to acquire the certificate that the player needs in order to claim his/her prize(s). -d. Z-Zone will send the certificate to the player’s address indicated in his/her account details via mail. -e. Upon receipt of the voucher, the vendor must present this to the indicated Partner Supplier branch in order to claim his/her prize(s). The item/s may only be claimed on the Partner Supplier branch he inidicated in the form. -18. For Pachun Token/Ghem conversions, the player must submit a request by simply accessing his/her account in the website and clicking on a PT/Ghem conversion button. Upon clicking this, a window will appear which asks the player to enter the corresponding amount that he/she wishes to convert. His points will automatically be updated depending on the amount that the player converted. The Pachun Token/Ghem will be automatically awarded to the player’s game account. -19. In case use of the EDGE card is declined, please call (632) 886.4507 and (632) 886.4508. -20. Z-Zone will not replace lost cards. Replacement will be available upon submission of affidavit of loss and purchase of required top-up amounting to Php2,500.00. (Top-up requirement is consumable plus shipping) -21. Z-Zone Online Philippines Inc. employees, their advertising and marketing agencies, suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from the promo.
-22. Players should present Two Valid IDs (School ID/Driver’s License/SSS Card/Passport/ Birth Certificate) together with the Partner Supplier certificate sent by Z-Zone when claiming their item rewards.
-23. All rewards not claimed 30 days after catalog distribution shall be forfeited.
