Sales Associate
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Prepare proposals, events, and sales forecast that meet specific customer needs.
- Provide customers with product samples [CDs/DVDs] and other merchandising materials.
- Identify prospective customers by going on field, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
